What is Self-Care?
Self-care is the act of caring for oneself to be their best self. 
Self-care looks different for everyone because nobody is completely alike.

- Meditate 
- Grow plants 
- Take a day to pamper yourself 
- Read a book 
- Listen to music 
- Nurture yourself and feelings 
- Do what makes you happy 
Strategies for dealing with emotions:
- Take deep breaths 
- Use positive self-talk 
- Talk to someone you trust 
- Get active 
- Practice self-care to help you relax 
Another way to take care of yourself is to practice positive Self-Talk!
