In Hawai‘i, minors may consent to the following services:

- Reproductive Health Services

- Abortion

- Mental Health Treatment or Counseling

- Services for Drug or Alcohol Abuse

626-1, Rule 505.5

(Relating to DV Advocate & Client Privilege)

- Does not specify an age restriction and therefore allows minors victim-counselor privilege

- Privilege may be claimed by victim or by their parent/guardian
