What is a Teen Advocate?

Teen Advocates help anyone in Hawaiʻi between the ages of 12-21 who has experienced dating violence or relationship harm. Advocates can also provide guidance to friends and family members of someone who is experiencing dating violence or relationship harm. Services are free and confidential.

Teen Advocacy Services Include:

  • Dating Violence and Healthy Relationship Education 

  • Individual and Family Counseling 

  • Survivor group services 

  • Assessment and referrals for youthful offenders 

  • Crisis Support 

  • Safety Planning 

  • Support through Title IX reporting and processes 

  • Court Accompaniment/Legal Assistance 

  • Community Resources
